Ingredients:
250 gms cream cheese - room temperature
25 gms butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Beat everything until light and fluffy. Make sure your cake is cool so that this frosting wont melt.
*This frosting is very rich. You can always add 200 ml of whipping cream to the frosting to make a lighter frosting. Make sure you whip the cream first before mixing it with the cream cheese frosting. Do not over beat.
