Roti ala Aunty Najah
500 gms flour *
1 tsp salt *
2 tbsp yeast *
150 ml warm water
150 ml warm milk
3 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Mix together * with fork. Then add the warm water and milk. Mix until just combine with the fork. Add 3 tbsp olive oil and knead with your hand for 10 mins. Make it into one big ball and rub the surface with oil. Rest for 1 hr.
After 1 hr, divide the dough into 6-8 pcs. Make it into balls and let them rest for 10 mins. Use rolling pin to flatten your dough.
Fry the dough in non stick pan for about 5-6 mins or until puffed up.
Brush the flat bread with butter/garlic butter/garlic butter parsley.

Rendang Ayam
Bahan yang diperlukan:
3 ekor ayam potong 16
1.5 kg santan pekat
4 sudu besar kerisik (atau dari 1 biji kelapa)
2 helai daun kunyit - hiris halus
Garam dan gula secukupnya
Bahan kisar:
10 biji bawang besar
6 ulas bawang putih
4 inci lengkuas sebesar ibu jari
4 inci halia sebesar ibu jari
2 inci kunyit hidup sebesar ibu jari
4 batang serai gemuk
10 biji cili api
4 sudu besar cili kering siap kisar
Cara penyediaan:
Masukkan bahan kisar, santan, gula dan garam dalam periuk/kuali yang sesuai.
Masak sampai pecah minyak. Kemudian baru masukkan ayam. Bila ayam sudah masak, masukkan daun kunyit dan kerisik. Masak sampai dapat kepekatan yang kita suka. Tambah gula dan garam jika perlu. Tapi jangan lama sangat sebab ayam boleh jadi terlalu reput. Sedia untuk dihidang.
