Bengkang Gandum

Last Sunday, we went to Dalia's house. We had Soto Ayam and Bergedil, Cucuq Jagung and very delicious Bengkang Gandum. And Dalia's mum, Aunty Alaina and her sister, Chik, gave me the recipe of that delicious Bengkang Gandum and few more. So, here's the recipe:

Bengkang Gandum

1 1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
250 gms santan
2 cups water
A pinch of salt

Method:

Blend everything in a food processor. Pour into a hot 6" x 6" tray greased with oil or butter.
Bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees.

Very easy and delicious. I have tried making this bengkang but my 1st attemp was a disaster. Better luck next time, insyaAllah.
