Roti ala Aunty Najah


500 gms flour *

1 tsp salt *

2 tbsp yeast *

150 ml warm water

150 ml warm milk

3 tbsp olive oil 

Method:

Mix together * with fork. Then add the warm water and milk. Mix until just combine with the fork. Add 3 tbsp olive oil and knead with your hand for 10 mins. Make it into one big ball and rub the surface with oil. Rest for 1 hr. 

After 1 hr, divide the dough into 6-8 pcs. Make it into balls and let them rest for 10 mins. Use rolling pin to flatten your dough. 

Fry the dough in non stick pan for about 5-6 mins or until puffed up.

Brush the flat bread with butter/garlic butter/garlic butter parsley.
