KEK PISANG

I tried Kak Lina Thomas recipe and it's a keeper.

Ingredients:

A - Blend everything using a blender
1 cup oil (corn / canola / sunflower)
3 eggs (A size)
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

B - sift together
2 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

C
2 cups of mashed ripe bananas (berangan or pisang emas)

Mix A and C. Then fold in the sifted flour. Do not overmix.
I used 8" x 8" square tray.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 - 45 minutes at 170 degrees.
