Carrot Cake Cik Ton Style

Ingredients:
 1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup soft brown sugar
2 cups plain flour
2 cups carrot (grated)
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp orange juice

Additional:
1 cup toasted chopped walnut

Method:
Mix everything in a bowl. Then bake the batter in 8 inches round baking tray for 45-60 minutes in 180 degree Celsius oven. Leave the cake to cool before frosting it with cream cheese frosting.
