Pasta Cik Chik

Ingredients:

500 gm penne (or any pasta you like)
1 cup cream 
1 cup full cream milk
10 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 chicken breast - cut into bite size - marinate with some crushed pepper and salt
1 stalk of coriander leaves - chopped
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
Juice from a lemon
Oil (Olive/sunflower/palm) 

Method:

Cook the pasta al dente. Reserve some pasta water.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare your sauce.
Use a big and deep pan. 
Heat some oil and stir fry the chicken. When the chicken is almost cooked, add the garlic, onion, coriander leaves, pepper and chilli flakes. Fry until the garlic is golden. Then, add the milk and cream. Please stir constantly. When you see small bubble, toss the cooked pasta. Stir and add some pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. 
Serve immediately.
